If you wish to permanently delete your Ludo Hero account and all associated data, here's everything you need to know.
How to Request Deletion
- Fill out our form: Provide your User ID and confirm that you understand all data will be lost.
- Submit & verify: Our team will verify that the account belongs to you.
When Deletion Happens
- Monthly deletion: Verified requests are processed at the end of each month.
- Grace period: If you log in before the end of the month, your deletion request is canceled and your account remains active.
What You Lose
- Permanent data loss: Your account progress, purchased items, and all personal data will be erased.
- No refunds: We cannot refund or restore any items or currency left in your account.
After Deletion
- Cannot be undone: Once deleted, you cannot recover your account or its data.
- Starting over: If you wish to play again, you must create a new account.
